Cancellation & Late Policy To respect everyone’s time and keep appointments running smoothly, please review my booking policy: Cancellations or Reschedules: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice may be charged the full service amount and may be required to pay in full for future bookings. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A $15 late fee will be added if you arrive late to your requested appointment time. If you are significantly late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you!
